How Mia works…

1 Understanding and analysis.
There is no one-size-fits-all programme and Mia begins with a series of talks, interviews, observation and analysis of previous results/experiences to gain an in-depth understanding of the individual/team.

2 Target-driven timeline.
Having evaluated the situation, considered strengths and weakness, set goals/targets, a timeline is developed with the client.

3 Step-by-step approach.
With goals in place, the steps required to achieve them are broken down and tackled individually – choosing which ones to work on first and the best approach.

4 Flexibility.
The ongoing consultation, review and analysis of progress/success is carried out in a way that suits the client - either in person, online or a mixture of the two.

5 Ongoing success.
The goal is to establish the recipe for success. Then winning becomes the outcome of the right preparation.
